What are you doing

What are you doing the rest of my life?
I wonder if you’ve any plans
Because I was thinking, if you wouldn’t mind
Placing my heart in your hands
What are you doing this moment in time?
I can’t get you off of my mind
And even in dreams that come deep in the night
Your presence is so well-defined
What are you doing tomorrow
And every day of each year?
Can I hold you close when I’m old and I’m grey?
Can I whisper sweet words in you ear?
What are you doing on Valentines Day
In two thousand and twenty-nine
What are you doing when I’m ninety-three
When I still ask if you will be mine.
